A thriving hub for European tech, the UK has continued to establish itself as a global leader in the Fintech sector in particular, with around 2,500 Fintechs currently based in the country.

Today, we’re excited to welcome Kaushik Subramanian as a Partner based in London. He has extensive experience building several scaled businesses, and brings deep product expertise from Stripe and Meta. Kaushik will be a generalist, but has a sweet spot for Fintech.

Kaushik was most recently at Stripe and led several product initiatives across Money Movement, Stripe Connect and invoicing in EMEA. At Meta, he led teams that grew its ad network to a multi billion dollar business by leading the industry’s transition to app bidding. He has also supported a variety of startups over the last few years as an angel investor and advisor, helping them think through best practices in product management and strategy.

“I’ve spent the last few years in two of the best product companies, and I’ve come to deeply understand the incredible leverage that ‘product led’ companies have,” says Kaushik. “I believe that building products is a craft and these companies have figured out the systems to scale this craftsmanship. This could be incredibly useful and a potential force multiplier for several startups in Europe, especially in this new market environment.”
