Role Description: Contribute to Fund Operations, Portfolio Support & Strategy Research
As a VC Platform Intern at EQT Ventures, you will work with the broader B2B software investment team, gaining hands-on experience across the diverse day-to-day operations of a VC firm. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about technology and start-ups, eager to gain hands-on experience in venture capital while learning from former operators and founders.
Portfolio Support: Key projects across go-to-market, operations and talent acquisition.
Fund Operations: Preparation of supportive documents & general admin tasks for smooth execution of the fund’s day-to-day operations.
Strategic Research: Independent research sprints and market deep dives on emerging industries, competitive landscapes, and specific customer trends to help refine our sector strategy.
About you
You are a hard worker who is proactive, resourceful, and willing to go the extra mile.
You are a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and can work independently with minimal supervision.
You have a passion for venture capital & the start-up ecosystem
You possess a strong analytical skillset (accounting, financial modelling, etc.) - SQL skills are a plus
You have excellent communication skills
You have first work experience in in the field of consulting, banking, private equity, venture capital and/or tech start-ups.
You are fluent in English (additional European languages, especially German, are a plus—we’re a multilingual team with 12 languages and counting!).

Additional information
This role requires a legal right to work in the UK for the full duration of the internship program. No visa sponsorship will be provided.
We look for a start date at your earliest convenience, for a min. length of 6 months.
